Keyboard Shortcuts plugin

Sorry if I'm overlooking something, but I really can't find this plugin (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Keyboard_Shortcuts_plugin) anywhere and I really need it! The wiki doesn't provide any links to it, and could find a place to grab it on these forums either. Where could I find it?

It's in the contrib-plugins.
On windows with 8.02 reinstall C::B and include contrib-plugins this time,
on linux install the "codeblocks-contrib"-package,
if self-compiling use "./configure --with-contrib-plugins-all" on linux or on windows build the ContribPlugins-workspace.
