Why I can't lauch C::B from the output dir after installation, but has process..

I have successfully install the cb from source, following the manul of CB. But after all steps I can't lauch my codeblock.exe in the output directory, neither in the devel directory. I discover that there is a process, "codeblock.exe" in my process.(when click alt+del+ctrl), so how to solve this problem? Tks.

P.S: I can open the codeblock.cbp in src directory.

Is there a window hidden beneath something else maybe? Sometimes an alert or the compiler selection dialog doesn't show as the topmost thing if you click 3 times very fast (explorer window is above), and then it seems to hang forever.
