On the features page http://www.codeblocks.org/features, you say Code::Blocks would be licensed under the GPL2. This conflicts with the actual license GPLv3.

But for GPLv3 to be really effective, you need to change "This program is licensed under GPL v2 or any later version" header in all affected source files to "licensed under GPL v3".
