Wishlist: Editor tabs looks

Some wishlist items:
Option to not show close-X on editor tabs
Option to show filename on tab in non-bold on both active and non-active tabs

(maybe some mouse-over effect so that they look like the tabs in the About-dialog?)

- this would make the tabs to the right of the one you are selecting not move at all when changing tabs -
maybe looks a bit more "clean"? As it is now the tabs move (Just a few pixels, but anyway...) - I find it
a tiny bit annoying. I would find it more consistent if selected tab and not selected tab had the same size.
