LOL! Great! I feel like in the good ol' times when driving my lovely Trabant. ;-)

But honestly: Looks great. Compared to the first version (which was hard to navigate because the cars were reacting too fast) the second version has improved a lot. Hence I believe that now navigation a bit slow... probably you can adjust a little less reaction time... or make it a parameter so that the user can setup the car behaviour/physics?
