Code::Blocks on Ubuntu - Bootstrap errors

Hi, I'm trying to compile the code::blocks source (from svn) on Ubuntu. I get errors when trying to bootstrap heres what i get in the terminal:

You should add the contents of `/usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4' to `aclocal.m4'.

you need to install autotools (autoconf, automake, ...)
