Post build commands execution broken.

My patch #2234 has broken post build commands execution. Patch #2247 fixes this. Please apply it ASAP.

Patch #2249 does what patch #2234 was intended to fix (before revert), but without breaking anything :)
I tested it by removing devel folder and recompiling everything.
