Can't get KeyMacs working with build 4405

Hello,

I have downloaded and installed the 2 files: KeyMacs.Dll and keymacs.zip. I've copied the files in plugins and CodeBlocks directory. However, in the plugins menu does not appear any entry for this plugin.
Is it enough to just copy those files? I haven't built but downloaded the files. I am running windows 2003, sp1.
