Run without cc3250mt.dll

Hi
I using Borland C++ Compiler 5.5.
My application compilling fine, but doesn't run without library cc3250mt.dll.
But I want run my program without this dll.
How I need to compile my applicaton, maybe I need change some compiler settings?
Please help.
