wxDockIt 2.1.0

I would like to inform you wxDockIt 2.1.0 was released about half and a week ago so it would be good to update Code::Blocks to use this new version (it's currently using 2.0.1 modified) and see if it somehow it helps with some of the bugs, mainly under Linux.
