Resolved Fixed:

* wxSmith: Updated xml loading routines so they support unicode paths now
* wxSmith: Massive NULL->0 udpate (in both generated code and wxSmith's code)
* wxSmith: Updated function operating on files to use Encoding / BOM.
* Reduced startup time by only calling the cbEditor hooks after project has finished loading (thanks dmoore)
* DLL Wizard:
- Now wizard will setup post-build commands (for VC 8.0) to embed manifest in a dll.
- DLL will now be generated in respective target output directories
* wxSmith: Applied fix that will probably prevent some rare crashes when closing editor
Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:

* toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem/Win XP problem)

I've been meaning to ask... Is this a problem cuz of XP, or wxGTK's implementation on XP?

also... what does this bug look like?  I've obviously not been looking hard enough at my toolbar..
