Error 193 when debugging

Hi,
I tried to debug a basic hello world c++ file, by inserting a break. When I run the debugger it says:

Building to ensure sources are up-to-date
Build succeeded
Selecting target: Debug
Adding source dir: C:\Documents and Settings\****\My Documents\****\hello\
Adding source dir: C:\Documents and Settings\*****\My Documents\****\hello\
Adding file: bin\Debug\hello.exe

Setting breakpoints

Any ideas?

Upgrade to GDB 6.3-2.
