Missing menu entry in Codesnippets Plugin

Hi Pecan,

I update fo a new version of Codeblocks and now the menu entry apply is missing in the codesnippets plugin.
As I use the variable expansion within codeblocks e.g. for a snippet

#pragma section .$(name)
#pragma section

it works only when using the apply menu and it does not work while using copy and paste or drag and drop. Why has this menu been removed?

My fault.

I misspelled _WXMSW_  and _WXGTK_ yet again.

I'll correct that today.
