Thanks, that sets it back to the right size, but I really wanted to switch it off totally if anyone knows how, or if such an option could be added to a future release of code blocks?
I often change my mind on some new code I'm adding, hold down control and do several undos in a row, wanting to quickly assess in my mind that each undo is safe. I think that is fairly normal programmer behavior. But because the viewing window jumps about in the file to each undo, placing the undone line right on the edge of the view (like most editors), I need to scroll a little bit with each undo to check the context, and be sure I'm happy to undo it.
Because of this zoom thing, unless I start to focus on which keys i'm holding down in between each undo (when I'm often in the middle of concentrating on what's safe to do), then that often results in the text going big, big, small, small, argrghh!!!! I've lost my place, arrghh!!! where was I, arrgrgh!!! what was I just really concentrating on doing properly without breaking the code I spent a few days writing, argrhhj!!!! no I've let go of control and just typed z and lost all of the redo queue, argrghh!!! I hate this feature! Please let me switch it off, I use code blocks to code, not for overhead presentations, or whatever it is that makes everybody so happy about this feature! It's the kind of thing a user like me might want to change once a year, I don't need it constantly at my finger tips, getting in the way when I want to do basic editing operations!
Thank you for listening to my rant, I just can't take this zooming thing any more,
thank you

Sam
