C::B and right-to-left

Hello,
I installed new windows in my pc
installed C::B svn build rev 3893

and Start C::B but I fond C::B window run form right-to-left i have eng ver form windows but my frist language is Arabic so C::B Run like that.
I know C::B move to wx2.8.3 so,
I want know if wx2.8.3 have right-to-left now or this by C::B and for info StartPage go with C::B form RTL.
I take pic for that.
and how i can run C::B like my windows form Left-to-Right ?

I got info about right-to-left Support for right-to-left text layout form wx2.7.1, But i don't know about Frame ?
and i take pic for codeEditor it's the same like StartPage :(
