Menu suggestion

Hi there!

I think the File/* menu branch is rather creepy. It would be cool to move all the "open project/close project/close all projects..." things to Project/* submenu.
It is likely a minor suggestion on the background of more essential bugs/things but it seems easy to make and heavy at impact.
If You like the idea, of course.
