Can I build a Chinese Fans' homepage?

hello webmaster,

I'm a Chinese boy and be interested in Code:Blocks, but these is not enough information for C::B fans in China. So I want to do something about it, and if possible I will build a Chinese Fans' homepage using free Google web space in my free time. Because I'm a beginner in C::B and also C++, so there must be lots of difficulties to puzzle me in my progress. Anyway, I will do my best.

At first, I think I should translate the user documentation of C::B. But I'm not good at English, so any suggestion is welcome. If I completed it I think I will improve my english and C++ effectively. :D

BTW:I'm engaged in a telecom company but not a programmer. Usually, I will design some programs using Delphi to build several small tools for my daily work. It's good taste of programming. :lol:

I just written four webpages today. It's a hard work. I have no my own web space so using Google maillist to instead of BBS
