support new macro in user defined tools?

Hi:

Could Code::blocks support new macro "${ACTIVE_EDITOR_FILE_DIR}" in user defined tools?
Sometimes I need to open a shell to do something,
so this macro can help me to launch a shell in the active file's directory.
Thanks a lot!  :D
