When the function parameters (function which is being written) are on more lines, it is not possible to show call tip.

Example:

Function(param1, param2, param3,
 param4, param5, <ctrl-shift-space here shows nothing>

please post this at berlios, if possible with a little project [or a main.cpp] to reconstruct. The smaller, the better. ;-)
