Failed to set temporary file permissions on fat32

Suse 10.1
Nightly build: CB_20061128_rev3295_suse100+101.rpm
The project is on FAT32 partition.
At attempt of saving of a file gives out the message "Failed to set temporary file permissions (error1: ... )".
