Resolved Fixed:


* Huge speed up in large projects loading (about 80% off the original loading time)
* Refresh bug fix for symbols browser in "current file" filter mode
Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:


* toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem/Win XP problem)
* menu items with icon not correctly aligned (since wx263)
