Yes, but only for FC5/FC6/FCdev - not for earlier.

Extras for FC4 has wxGTK 2.6 too and the srpm (for wxGTK) could be buildable also on FC < 4. The codeblocks srpm from Extras is buildable on FC4 without any problem, because I have FC4 on my devel machine.
