when i compile project name for exsample "console"
i get file console.exe.
What can i do do get console.mpn
?

Just go to Project->Properties->Targets and uncheck Auto-generate filename prefix, and extension
and in Output filename change your console.exe to console.mpn. I've tested it and can confirm it works well.
