VS 2005 Express Debugger

I would like to know if someone has used the VS C++ 2005 Express compiler and debugger.  I have successfully used the compiler with CB but it appears that the debugger for VS Express is wrapped in a dll.  Is there a way to use this debugger for CB?  :)
