I had the same problem when I tried it out when it was first released a few days ago. But I only got the problem with builds using -g (debug). Since I had built CB in release mode (no -g) everything worked fine but when I built Ogre in debug mode then wham, failure during startup trying to relocate loaded dll ie ~"The application couldn't be initialized correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to terminate the application.". I rebuilt CB with -g and exact same problem so I have reverted back to Binutils 2.16.91 for now.
