Project build options confusion

Final considerations:
1)
Ok, I understand why you use global options and I agree that they are useful.
2)
I noticed now that there is a "Policy" combo that changes all the behaviour and gives the possibility to ignore global options (if I understand corretly what it does).
3)
If all setting are only for "adding" options and never "removing", then you can avoid the gray check box I was thinking before.
Now I have 2 new suggestions for the build options window, but may be better if I open a new topic.

Heh I still use it that way. Most of my projects have only one target named "default". :)
