GCC 4.1.1 Windows? is that MinGW 4.1.1? how to get it? or you made yourself? Do you wish to provide the link or you do not suggest us to use that? Thanks.

AFAIK no. You should just wait a bit and retry. Probably the server is down or haas problems.

I just checked and the server is running, but apache isn't. I'm having trouble connecting to some sites right now (unfortunately all the IM ones I use) but I'll try to contact the administrator if I get the chance :)
