howto install nightly builds?

ok, maybe this is stupid, but i´m a newbie...

howto install those nightly builds?
i never saw a file with the ending "*.7z" . what is this?
with which program i can open it?  :shock:

Try to search in the forum. You will for sure find some helpful posts :).

[EDIT]: Just a suggestion. To unpack .7z archives you can use 7-Zip.
