* Moved ICO files to EXTRA_DIST in Linux build (don't need to be installed)
Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:


* toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem)
* there are several issues with Code Completion (is being redesigned : work in progress)
