how to let github action to run codeblocks.exe to build cbp project
Wkerry:
Check out "headless" search in the sourceforge tickets as there may be a better option that you may not have spotted, but I could be wrong.
There may be other keywords to see if there is a CI/CD patch.

OK, thanks, I will try it.
Add headless batch mode support
Inform user about status of project loading/saving
Crash on trying to run codeblocks headless in xvfb
It looks like the first 1 is the best match.

Hi @ollydbg,
Could you please try below patch? I could see compiler auto-detection dialogue when I tested build via command line in Ubuntu, below patch avoided it.

Thanks. I will try it.
Under Windows, sometimes, I use some AI agent, and those agent will call codeblocks.exe in the command line to build the cbp project. I always see the build log dialog opened when the AI agent call the build process, but in-fact, I never see the compiler setting dialog. Maybe the compiler was already configured. I can basically created a default.conf file(just a xml file) to used in the github action, in the default.conf file, I can set all the compiler paths.
Another issue is the "global compiler variables", when it is empty in the default.conf, it will popup a dialog to let the user sets.
ollydbg:
It looks like morten has add some commit to silence the build log window, see here:
