Disappearance of an old modification in 'r13960'

It appears that the ticket '1538' bringing the modification 'r13378' disappeared in 'r13960' .
Could a developer check ?

Ticket 1538 was fixed in r13678, not r13378.

The log does not show changes in that file after r13678.

LETARTARE:
Ok for 'r13678'

In 'r13961'  (Leap-15.6)
- delete  'help_plugin|zlib|gzguts.h'
- refresh the project 'r13961'
- old commit is not here !

LETARTARE:
By checking the changes :
- see ticket '1548' which removes the changes to the ticket '1538'
