Resolved Fixed:


* fixed typo in filefilters.cpp
* Added Ceniza's cbSplashScreen class which allows using the same
(alpha-enabled) splash screen to be used under all (current) platforms
* Updated wxSmith's PCH removal for autotools builds
Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:


* toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem)
* there are several issues with Code Completion (is being redesigned : work in progress)
