'*.xrc' files cannot be edited in 'wxSmith'.

cb13604 (Win-7 and Leap-15.6)

The files 'src/resources/main_menu.xrc' and 'main_toolbar.xrc' are rejected in 'wxSmith'!
These files can be edited in the text editor.
Is this normal?
If so, why?
