Please help

I have been unable to download Codebolcks, and to pair it with a compiler.
I have now deleted Codeblocks and the compiler I'd downloaded.

Could someone please tell me step by step how to go about downloading a compiler and pairing with Codeblocks?

Or please refer me to a source on the Internet that will describe succinctly how to do it?

and try the entry for "codeblocks_20.03mingw-setup.exe" .
