C::B could not save settings Debugger looks strange and dont work

I work with C::B hace 10 years.

No - I cant set a new breakpoint ones the debugger is invoked. I must close the programm. Set the breakpoint and start again.
In the version 16.xx works fine. We use TDM-GCC.
In the actual version dont works...
