The problem persists: wx/wxprec.h: No such file or directory

rts2003:
I create a new wxSmith project using CodeBlocks 20.03 on Ubuntu 20.04.  I add nothing, and only has the auto-generated code.  I then click on the Build button, and it throws the error:

I quit and delete the generated folder.  I retry and run Build again.  This time it works.  This has happened many times already.  This is the same error seen in this post back in Feb 2021.  Why is the auto-generated code different from one try to another?  How to fix this inconsistency?  Whom should I notify to have a look at this issue?  The wxSmith team, the wxWidgets team, or the CodeBlocks team?
