Build and Run not working

Hi, I am new to C++. Trying to run my first HelloWorld program. I clicked on Build and Run and nothing happens. If I only click on Run, it tells me to build. What should I do? Thank you!

Use the wizard to create a console project. If it still does not run read this link.
