Codeblocks keeps crashing

I just started using CodeBlocks and am going through C tutorials. CodeBlocks was working completely fine until now. When typing, whenever I type a parenthesis, it crashes, displaying this message (see attachment). Googling didn't turn up any helpful results, how can I fix this? Thank you
