Minor consistency patch for "Additional paths" setup

Dear all,
having learned from Thomas I'd like to provide a (very little) patch to enable the "Additional paths" setup on double-click inside the listbox of the appropriate compiler settings dialog. This is to be consitent with all other listboxes tht have this feature enabled.

Ps.: I didn't post this path on BerliOS on purpose because I believe it's really to minor for that.
