Prebuilt deb package for Ubuntu

Code::Blocks 20.03 is available from Ubuntu's main repos in 20.04. You don't need the PPA for it.

Then, I simply tried:
$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt install codeblocks
And says:
E: There is no candidate package 'codeblocks' for installation

You need the ubuntu-universe repository
https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/20.04/ubuntu-universe-amd64/codeblocks_20.03-3_amd64.deb.html
