Missing file associations
« on: April 02, 2020, 11:38:49 am »

On a fresh install with default installer settings Code::Blocks does not create file associations. Not even for `.cbp`.

OS: Windows 10 1909 64bit
C::B version: 20.03-r11983 mingw-setup

Somewhere on first run it should ask if you wish to create associations.

To do it manually,

Settings -> Environment
Left hand pane: Select General Settings

Not sure which of these three things to do.
1. Check-mark "Check and Set file associations"
2. Click on "Set Now"
3. Click on "Manage"

Edit: Just doing 2 followed by 3 seems to work.
Edit2: I have no idea if after doing the changes whether CB needs to be restarted or not

C Programmer working to learn more about C++ and Git.

On Debian Stretch, compiling CB Trunk against wxWidgets 3.0.
When in doubt, read the CB WiKi FAQ.
