If You look carefully there's "Get Your own blog" button on sethjackson's site. Exackly the same link as posted by Ceniza. If one coder used it to make it's own blog it seems to be a good place to add Your own.
Try finding such things yourself, this is not place for giving requirements and for anger when we do not satisfy Your needs.
Please try to understand this community. We help each other, not serve.

And what i'm trying to find, is like blogger.com, BUT, it's For developers, it creates blogs specific for developers ;)

@Edit.:PS.: byo.. ehh, the blog sethjackson posted, is not a blog from developers, and yes, the blog from the developers of blogger.com
at least, i guess thats' wht i've read there.. i can be wrong, don't remeber..
