Hide/show "logs" shortcut not working while the focus in editor

Hello,
 "F2" to hide/show the "logs" panel is not working when the focus is in the editor. What do i need to check to have the shortcut to work ? thank you

OS Fedora 30

rpm -qa | grep wx

This is known problem when using wx3.x on Linux...
It seems to be fixed in the latest night builds...
