debbuger don't want work normaly

i try to start a debug ant i ave this

this appeared without me facing anything, i shut down the computer and one day later i don't can debug

please turn on dull debugger logging in settings->debugger->full logging

and post a log here

Does your exe file have some unmet dependencies to some dll (use depends.exe to check this).
