resorce wizard?

I have no idea if something like this posibly already exist, at least I haven´t found it. At the moment if I want to add any resorce to my project, I have to write a line into the rc file which is in my opinion a bit compliacated and some kind of wizard in which you just can select the needed resorce and it include the coresponding line into rc file, would make it much easier.
