When I write ->

using namespace std;
int main()
     return 0;

It prints 10000,
but when I write ->

using namespace std;
int main()
    int p=pow(10,4);
    return 0;

It prints 9999 !!!!!!!!!!!!!
This bug wasted a lot of time during a question on codeforces
This is a serious issue please take a look at it.

First: what is that for a strange CodeBlocks version, CodeBlocks is using the scheme for quite a long time, second: i can't see any CodeBlocks problem here, i can see at best a compiler problem, and third: everyone who is writing using namespace std should be shot instantly.
