I can not create the second project, Lubuntu 17.04

I can not create the second project while the window with the first project is opened.
Disappear content of a wizard's window.
My OS is Lubuntu 17.04
I know the bug report webpage was made for a reason but I do not know how to do this, my English is very bad.
Excuse me for disturbance.
