Several RPM's to install, too confusing

Hello,
I downloaded Code::Blocks for openSUSE 42.1. The downloaded file is 'codeblocks-16.01.suse_Leap_42.1.x86_64.tar.xz'. So, I extracted, but I see several .RPM files those are waiting to be installed. There is no documentation to install Code::Blocks.

Any help?
