Compiler environment error

as the attached file, i have installed the related installation package, in the compilation process there are still several compiler errors,
could anyone please tell me how to resolve this problem? thanks.  :-\

You likely need to either use the Compiler the code was written for or port the code to the Compiler you plan to use.
