Could Not Load pixbuf error

I have just installed fortran tool on a windows 7 system and get the following when I run code blocks (code blocks continues to run fine)

(fortran_tools.exe:10184): Gtk-←[1;33mWARNING←[0m **: Could not load a pixbuf
from /org/gtk/libgtk/theme/Adwaita/assets/bullet-symbolic.svg.
This may indicate that pixbuf loaders or the mime database could not be found.

Is this important? How can I fix it?

It seems to come from fortran_tools.exe so this has nothing to do with codeblocks, and we can't help you with this....
